 Hire Charges Effective From 1st March 2025 

Minimum hire period is 2 hours.

1) General hire charges

• Main Hall Hire

o November to March inc. - £14.00 per hour. 

o April to October inc. - £12.00 per hour

• Optional Kitchen hire - £10.00 per hour

• Optional Manned bar hire - £20.00 per hour

2) Hire charges for Kilburn Residents’ personal use and use by the Kilburn PC, Kilburn PCC & Kilburn Feast:

• Hall hire including use of kitchen: £20.00 for first two hours

Additional hours:

• Main Hall November to March inc.: £7.00 per hour. 

• Main Hall April to October inc.: £6.00 per hour

• Optional Kitchen hire: £5.00 per hour

• Optional Manned bar hire: £20.00 per hour

3) Optional furniture setup, clear away and post event cleaning

The main hall will be hired clean and empty of furniture and should be handed back in the same condition post hire.

Optional furniture setup to your event requirements, clear away and post event cleaning service is available to assist you with this. Please ask for details.
