 Hire Charges Effective From 9th November 2023

•    Winter rate (November to March) - £14.00 per hour

•    Summer rate (April to October) - £12.00 per hour

•    New minimum hire period - 2 hours

•    Kitchen use - £10 per hour

•    Manned bar - £20

•    Kilburn residents for personal use and the WI, KPC, PCC and Kilburn Feast:  

•  Minimum charge of £20 (for 2 hours) and no charge for use of the kitchen within this period

•  50% of the above hourly hire rate for hours over the minimum hire period

•      50% of the above kitchen hourly hire rate for hours over the minimum hire period
